
At a recent Oconee County Board of Education meeting, Dr. Cole took the opportunity to extend heartfelt thanks to the Board and Oconee County Middle Schoolās Principal, Anne Poss, for the exceptional care and support shown to a Morgan County student-athlete and their family following an injury during a game held in Oconee County.
The support provided went above and beyond, reflecting the outstanding culture of Oconee County and its Board of Education. Dr. Cole emphasized how much this kindness meant to the studentās family, the Morgan County team, and the entire district. In a gesture of gratitude, Dr. Cole presented the principal with a āMorganā commemorative coin, symbolizing appreciation for their exemplary actions and for "Going Beyond."

Some Senior students from Morgan County High School had a unique Learning Opportunity provided by The Bank of Madison. Students were welcomed and had the chance to observe actual deposit transactions, vault visit, question and answer sessions about debit cards, savings and checking accounts as well as interest rates and loans. We would like to thank the Bank of Madison for the real life, hands on, immersion into the workings of this financial institution.
