WHO Should Attend

All students entering kindergarten in the 25-26 school year, even if they attended PreK at MCPS, along with the parent(s)/guardian(s) of the child.

What is Kindergarten Round Up?

K Round-Up provides an opportunity for you & your child to learn more about MCPS. Parents & students will take a fun, interactive tour of the school and then children will meet with an MCPS teacher for a brief screening. This assessment will help us ensure a “best fit” placement in kindergarten. The tour and screening typically takes about 1 hour.

Students from MCPS PreK do not need to complete the online registration.
